ShaNette Carpenter, M.Ed., is the Founder and Executive Architect of the CDMA Business Model® and creator of the proprietary Evidence-Based CTE Ecosystem®, a first-of-its-kind framework redefining the standard for education-to-workforce alignment, equitable access, and economic mobility. Rooted in a 100-year workforce legacy preserved at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, she pioneered the region’s first experiential youth innovation ecosystems creating real-world pathways that connect learning, industry, and long-term opportunity.
Her leadership has been recognized on civic and national stages. In 2026, ShaNette was honored at the NYC Her Future TrailblazHER Awards in the “I Am Her” category at the New York County Supreme Court, in collaboration with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development and the NYC Mayor’s Office. She was also selected as a mentor for SXSW EDU 2026, joining more than 120 accomplished professionals across global education, workforce innovation, and legacy-centered leadership.
